Licensing Law is a course taken in the 6th semester (2 credits). This course aims to examine licences as a government instrument for regulating and controlling various community activities. This course covers the concepts and scope of licensing law, permits as a government instrument, permits as a concluding norm in the establishment of legal norms, permits as an act of government, a critical analysis of the implementation of licensing in practice, supervision of licensing, and the enforcement of licensing sanctions. The teaching methods for this course consist of interactive discussions and case-based learning, with assessment based on individual or group analysis of case studies. To undertake this course, students are required to have completed the courses in Administrative Law, Administrative Court Procedure, and Regional Administrative Law.
